The Philadelphia Eagles placed Dallas Goedert on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday morning, according to an official announcement from the team.
This development isn’t good news for the Birds. Goedert is now in serious jeopardy of missing Philly’s Week 6 Thursday Night Football game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Assuming he’s vaccinated, Goedert can only be activated back to the roster if he produces two negative COVID tests 24 hours apart. There are only about 55 hours until the Eagles’ kickoff from the time I’m typing this (12:16 PM ET).
If Goedert isn’t vaccinated, he’s definitely out for Thursday’s game.
