Chris Christie is being a party pooper.
The New Jersey governor, a guest on the Hugh Hewitt talk radio show Monday, said he would not be happy if his favorite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys, were to sign notorious reveler and current Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.
"I will throw my body in front of the Johnny Manziel train if it heads towards Dallas," Christie said.
Hewitt responded to Christie, a Republican candidate for president, "You're not helping yourself in Ohio, Governor."
Manziel, who reportedly prefers to play for the Cowboys as opposed to his current squad, was spotted again in Dallas this past weekend enjoying the town's club scene.
