Coach Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles rolled the dice when they traded for former No. 1 overall pick Sam Bradford, but new cornerback Byron Maxwell said that how the Seahawks became the team they are today.
Maxwell explained how Russell Wilson changed the dynamics on the team, taking them from below .500 to world champions, and that Bradford has the same opportunity this season.
"I told him, 'We basically had the same team, and we went 7-9, and then we add Russ, and we win 11 games.' But he doesn't seem to believe that," Maxwell said, via Philly.
