When the Philadelphia Eagles traded up to the No. 2 pick in the 2016 NFL draft, it was widely expected that Carson Wentz was their target. The Eagles confirmed those suspicions Thursday, selecting the North Dakota State Bison product to be their next franchise quarterback:
