Former Philadelphia Eagles kicker Caleb Sturgis is now a member of the Los Angeles Chargers.
After visiting with the team on Friday, Sturgis has officially signed a two-year contract with L.A.
This signing is potentially good news for the Eagles. He figures to count towards the Eagles’ compensatory pick formula.
Sturgis got off to a real rough start with the Eagles when they first signed him in 2015 to replace an injured Cody Parkey. He missed two extra points and one field goal attempt in his first two games with Philadelphia.
