Byron Maxwell is back where he started. Following a season-ending Achilles injury to star cornerback Richard Sherman, the Seahawks have brought Maxwell back to Seattle.
Maxwell was a disappointment at his last two NFL stops. The Philadelphia Eagles traded him away one year after signing him to a long-term contract. After one year starting for Miami, the Dolphins benched him and then cut him last month.
Maybe the 29-year-old corner can get back to playing well now that he’s back with the Seahawks.
