The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms on a contract with free agent defender/special teams demon Bryan Braman, according to the player’s agent (via NFL insider Ian Rapoport). The Eagles have also confirmed the signing.
Philadelphia had an open roster spot after officially placing Carson Wentz on injured reserve.
This news hardly comes as a surprise considering the Eagles worked out Braman earlier on Monday.
Braman gives the Eagles’ special teams unit a much-needed boost. Dave Fipp’s squad still ranks 10th overally by Football Outsiders, but it’s clear there have been some issues.
