It seems safe to say that the Bryce Huff signing has not worked out for the Philadelphia Eagles thus far.
In fairness, we’re only four games into the three-year, $51.1 million contract he signed earlier this year.
But the early returns just have not been good. Trusted to play on just 43.3% of the Eagles’ defensive snaps thus far, Huff has logged one solo tackle, one assisted tackle, and zero other stats this season. He’s been downright unplayable.
The decision to invest in Huff looks especially bad in the context that the Eagles decided to sign him to be Haason Reddick’s replacement.
