The Philadelphia Eagles were crowned Super Bowl Champions a little close to two months ago now. For the first time, the Eagles took home the Lombardi Trophy after defeating the New England Patriots 41-33. So you would think that all of the potential excuses as to why the Eagles won and the Patriots lost would have blown over by now, right? Well, unfortunately, that’s not the case.
Former Patriots star cornerback Malcolm Butler can’t seem to let it go. He was notified by Patriots head coach Bill Belichick during the week of the Super Bowl that he would not be playing.
