Now that the dust has settled from the pre-draft hype and a weekend of personnel additions, let's look at the reality of the Eagles as Phase Two of the offseason begins at the NovaCare Complex.
Phase Two, in case you aren't familiar, gives teams a chance to extend their daily work with the players. Teams can have on-the-field workouts with players. However, no contact is permitted, and teams can't hold offense-vs.-defense drills. This part of the offseason program can last three weeks and also is voluntary.
With such a busy offseason of changing out the roster, it might be a nice time to step back and look at the broad view of the Eagles.
