For the Philadelphia Eagles and the other 32 NFL teams, the regular season begins now. Most of the teams who visited another venue for their final preseason game should be back in their home city. Everyone has until Saturday to finalize their 53-man roster. Then, it will be time to start game-planning for whoever that team’s Week 1 opponent is.
If you think the Eagles will be done tweaking their roster after the final wave of cuts is made, think again. Philly’s vice president and general manager Howie Roseman is always working on the roster, and when the other 31 franchises send guys to the waiver wire or their respective practice squads, you can best believe Roseman will do his research.
