Immediately after the news broke that the Philadelphia Eagles had made the decision to part ways with their offensive coordinator of two years, Mike Groh, there was talk about everything from whether or not it was actually Doug Pederson who pulled the trigger to who a few guys were that made sense. Recently, Jim Caldwell has worked his way into the conversation.
According to a recent report by ESPN’s Tim McManus, sources have told him that Philly may have some interest in an outside hire, and two names that are among the ones that have them interested are Jim Caldwell and former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kevin O’Connell.
