The Philadelphia Eagles may need to spend a 2022 first-rounder on an EDGE guy.
Much of this won’t come as news if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan, but for the sake of argument, it bears repeating. Once again, rather than coach the young guys up, Tarron Jackson for instance, Philly elects to go with another older guy on a one-year deal. This time, it’s Ryan Kerrigan.
Now, don’t read what hasn’t been written. Even at the age of 32 (he’ll be 33 by the time the 2021 NFL season starts), Kerrigan is still one of the league’s premier pass rushers, but the Philadelphia Eagles aren’t learning from their mistakes.
