The Philadelphia Eagles‘ addition of veteran safety Andrew Sendejo forced all of us to go back and watch some film. Nine NFL seasons (one was as a member of the New York Jets‘ practice squad) has led to him producing 371 tackles, six career interceptions, a forced fumble, three fumble recoveries and a sack.
Philly signed Sendejo to a one-year deal on March 18th, giving them some much needed depth at safety. ‘The Birds’ now have one of the best starting safety tandems in the league with Rodney McLeod and Malcolm Jenkins.
