Let’s start by stating a few facts about the Miami Dolphins ... or at the very least some opinions, stated AS facts:
- Since Mike McDaniel became the HC back in 2022 the Dolphins have gone 28-23 in the regular season with two unconvincing exits in the first round of the playoffs.
- GM Chris Grier has been with the Dolphins since 2016 and during that 9 year stretch the Dolphins have only made it to the playoffs 3 times (all first-round losses on the road).
But I would argue that the most damaging thing about the Miami Dolphins is that as a team they don’t have an identity.
