It may not seem like it now (or maybe it does), but one day, we’ll all be old. It will be our turn to sit with our grandchildren and discuss some of the good old days as a Philadelphia Eagles fan. One day, our children will watch guys go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame that we remember playing, and doggone it, two of those guys had better be Jason Kelce and Evan Mathis.
Mathis may be a harder sell, but don’t worry. That’s what you’ve got the media for.
Sure, there’s an Eagles Hall of Fame (they’ll both have chances of winding up there too), but with the resume that Mathis constructed from 2011 to 2014 and everything Kelce’s done in all eight seasons as a member of the Eagles, we’ve got some great talking points and single-season performances to mull over.
