1 Last look at Philadelphia Eagles WR Greg Ward’s 1st career TD

It’s one thing to achieve some success personally. It’s a whole lot more fun to win from a personal standpoint and see the team make some magic happen in the process. The third time was definitely the charm for Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Greg Ward.

His first touchdown pass was called back because of a penalty. His second shot at hauling in his first touchdown catch wound up being an incomplete pass on Monday Night Football. He didn’t bat an eyelash on his third chance.

With everything on the line for the Eagles on third and goal, and with the game tied and less than a minute to play in Philly’s Week 15 matchup with their longtime rival, the Washington Redskins, Carson Wentz went to Greg Ward with the game on the line (and with Josh Norman in coverage).
