The Philadelphia Eagles are eight days away from the 2020 NFL Draft and ESPN’s Mel Kiper has just released his 4.0 Mock Draft. Kiper has the Eagles taking Alabama WR Henry Ruggs III at #21 overall and Texas Tech’s LB Jordan Brooks at #53 overall. LeSean McCoy also made headlines this week talking about potentially returning to the Eagles in 2020. Host Thomas Mott breaks all of this down on today’s Philadelphia Eagles Now video.
Mel Kiper’s latest mock might be an ideal scenario for the Eagles. Henry Ruggs at #21 for the Eagles is a homerun pick. Ruggs might not be there at 21 but if he is, the Eagles should run the pick to the podium and get it selected. Jordan Brooks at #53 overall is an interesting choice for the Eagles but in Mel’s mock a lot of prime Eagles targets were gone by the time the Eagles were up to pick in the second round.
