Deontay Burnett was signed to the Eagles practice squad on Monday and now has been protected for week 1. This means that no team can sign Burnett away from the Eagles this week. Burnett also has a strong shot at getting called up and playing on Sunday against Washington with Alshon Jeffery and Jalen Reagor likely out.

With Jason Peters officially being moved back to left tackle, the Eagles will turn to Matt Pryor as their starting right guard.
