Today’s Philadelphia Eagles news includes Colin Cowherd’s recent take that Carson Wentz is the next Russell Wilson. Cowherd said on FS1’s “The Herd” that he thinks Carson Wentz is the second best young QB behind Patrick Mahomes. Also, Wentz has been working out with Jalen Reagor and other WRs in Houston. Thomas Mott, host of Philadelphia Eagles Now, breaks it all down on today’s video.

Carson Wentz was spotted on Jalen Reagor’s Instagram working out with the rookie WR and others in Houston. Wentz has held passing camps in the past, however, this one comes at a time when the Eagles would have been in Philadelphia for mandatory minicamps. Minicamps are not allowed to happen right now due to the pandemic.

Switching gears to Eagles rumors, could K’Von Wallace actually start at safety? The rookie out of Clemson might be one of the most underrated picks in the draft, however, he is not expected to start as Jalen Mills is the presumed safety. If Mills starts at CB, maybe Wallace can start at safety.
