The Eagles NFL Draft rumors continue to grow around who Philadelphia will select in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The Philadelphia Eagles dominated the NFC all season long and went on to win their first Super Bowl in franchise history 41-33 over the heavily favored New England Patriots. With the No. 32 overall pick in the draft, the Eagles are hoping to land an impact player to help pursue back-to-back championships but drafting the wrong player could send them in the wrong direction. As such, here are three players the Eagles should avoid in the first round of the NFL Draft:

1.) Darius Leonard, LB, South Carolina State
Leonard became a top linebacker prospect this season in which he racked up 113 tackles with eight tackles for a loss, eight sacks, one pass batted, two interceptions and one forced fumble. He has good size and athleticism, but it will take him some time to adjust to the NFL level. Philly needs players who can contribute right away, which Leonard may not be.
2.) Orlando Brown, OT, Oklahoma
Philadelphia wants to add to their offensive line and would be smart to invest in keeping Carson Wentz upright. Brown is a big boy, standing 6-foot-8 and weighing 360 pounds. Despite Brown's size, he struggles with speedy edge rushers and isn't very versatile. If the Eagles take him, there's a solid chance they'll be disappointed.
3.) Marcus Davenport, DE, Texas-San Antonio
He is tall and long-limbed combined with his athletic ability is why NFL teams are falling in love with him. In his final season, he recorded 55 tackles, 17.5 TFL, 8.5 sacks, and three forced fumbles. What scares me about Davenport is his competitive edge or desire to be great. He has a laid-back personality and at the Senior Bowl didn't handle the spotlight well, which may be an issue once he gets to the NFL.
