PHILADELPHIA -- T.J. McConnell might be the most popular Sixers player not named Joel Embiid.
The Arizona alum is well-known for his competitive nature, bringing energy off the Sixers' bench and running the offense efficiently when Ben Simmons is out of the game.
Monday, in the second quarter of the Sixers' afternoon game against the Raptors, Toronto star DeMar DeRozan intentionally fouled McConnell in frustration after a missed basket.
McConnell didn't like the foul, so he stepped up into DeRozan's face, and the Raptors guard shoved him with his arm out of the way.
