The Summer Sixers will look to improve to a 3-1 record, matching up against a talented Spurs squad led by top-five draft pick Stephon Castle.
The Sixers are coming off a tight victory against the Minnesota Timberwolves, where the team looked notably gassed, and for good reason — they played a combined five games in seven days with three consecutive games in Utah followed by a back-to-back in Las Vegas. Since then, they’ve gotten two days off, which should provide some much fresher legs as the Sixers look to make the Summer League playoffs.
Several Summer Sixers have had their moments, but this game should be an excellent test for Jared McCain in particular.
