Throughout his career, Sergio Rodriguez has shown he can hold his own in EuroLeague and Olympic play, but he’s yet to prove his worth at the NBA level. The 30-year-old had a four-year stint in the league from 2006-2010, but spent the past six seasons in Spain after failing to carve out a definitive role stateside.
“El Chacho” is in the midst of his first NBA training camp in a long time, but he doesn’t seem to be struggling with the adjustment. Media members in attendance of Wednesday’s practice session at Stockton University noted that Rodriguez stood out from the rest of the team.
