The Philadelphia 76ers are still tinkering with the back end of their roster. Shams Charania of Yahoo's The Vertical is reporting that the team will claim swingman Sonny Weems off waivers and cut power forward Christian Wood, who is in the middle of a 10 day contract.

Weems signed with the Phoenix Suns in July after spending a four year stint in Europe playing for Euroleague powerhouses Zalgiris (Lithuania) and CSKA Moscow (Russia).
