Sixers take positives from 2-3 trip

The 76ers' newfound swagger took a stiff right to the chin from the Los Angeles Lakers before several haymakers courtesy of the Los Angeles Clippers.

While they were dazed, and perhaps in need of a standing eight count, the Sixers (3-33) were still pleased with their overall fight in the five-game, post-Christmas West Coast trip.

They opened the trip by defeating the Phoenix Suns, 111-104, on Dec. 26 before losing, 95-91, to the Utah Jazz two days later. Then the Sixers got back on the winning track with a 110-105 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Dec.
