Given the available talent, it seems likely that the Philadelphia 76ers will select two perimeter pieces in the first round of next week’s 2018 NBA Draft. That’s the direction we took with FanSided’s consensus mock draft, selecting Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 10th and Josh Okogie 26th.
With all 30 team sites participating, experts from around the network hashed out the first-round selections. With Mikal Bridges off the board, Gilgeous-Alexander’s playmaking and defensive upside made him an easy choice. Okogie brings more depth on the wing.
At 6-foot-5 with a 7-foot wingspan, Okogie’s strong frame and long arms make him one of the most versatile defenders in the draft.
