He'd be rising up during practice, a middle-aged trainer defending him, and the camera zoomed in on his shooting form. This is what the paparazzi are shooting.
This is what the fans want to see.
Has it improved? How does it look now? Why is he missing?
Once he returns, Fultz might have the most scrutinized first shot attempt in Sixers' history. No pressure.
At any given Sixers practice or pregame shoot-around session, the media is allowed in at the very end, when the players are mostly just putting up shots.
