Jonah Bolden grew up in Australia, went to high school first in Sydney, briefly in Las Vegas and eventually in New Hampshire, there was college at UCLA, a year in Serbia and now he's in Israel.
Somewhere between Serbia and Israel, Bolden was drafted by the Sixers and introduced at a press conference with Markelle Fultz and other draft picks in Philadelphia before signing a pro contract with Israel's top club, Maccabi Tel Aviv. For the Sixers he was a second-round pick, the proverbial draft-and-stash, playing out the stash part of that arrangement.
