The Sixers made a move that everyone saw coming and fired head coach Brett Brown after the team was swept in the first round of the playoffs by the Boston Celtics. One of the last remaining members of The Process, Brown compiled a record of 221 wins and 344 losses as head coach of the Sixers starting in 2013.
The writing was on the wall for Brown as the team had underwhelmed all season but there is much more than just play on the court that led to this decision. The Sixers front office has come under fire in the last few seasons because of continuous mistakes made that end up hurting the team.
