Sixers Deciding No Players Worth Re-signing
The Philadelphia 76ers are a rebuilding team. They are a bad team. As such, they have and will continue to struggle to interest the top names in the NBA from free agency. These are givens. However, the team has been an incubator for young talent entering the league, and with the number of draft picks and risk-taking moves by general manager Sam Hinkie, has been a source of emerging names for the NBA. We know K.J. McDaniels and Michael Carter-Williams were drafted by the Sixers, but were traded as their value outpaced the role Hinkie projected for them on the team.
