Some pre-game notes:
Nerlens Noel will miss tonight's game with two sore wrists. The injury was apparently suffered during the Cavaliers game. Richaun Holmes will start in his place. Jerami Grant was on the injury report with a left-eye corneal abrasion, but is starting at small forward tonight.
For the Bulls, Kirk Hinrich is still sidelined with an injured toe. They'll run with the same lineup from Saturday's loss to Minnesota.
