The 76ers assigned Chasson Randle to their NBA Development League team, the Delaware 87ers, on Friday. The rookie point guard will be available for the 87ers' 7 p.m. game Friday against the Canton Charge.
Randle has averaged 5.2 points and 9.3 minutes in eight appearances this season. The Sixers first signed him to a 10-day contract in early January. They gave him a three-year deal at the end of the month.
