Former Kings and Grizzlies Head Coach Dave Joerger has agreed to join Doc Rivers‘ coaching staff in Philadelphia. Joerger will be serving as an assistant coach this upcoming season per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Spending his first three years with the Memphis Grizzlies, Joeger won an impressive 147 games in three seasons. Continuing on Lionel Hollins’ “Grit n’ Grind Grizzlies“, Joeger has proven to be one of the most impressive defensive minds in the league today.
After parting ways with the Grizzlies in 2016, Joeger joined the Sacramento Kings.
