Duke small forward Brandon Ingram, Oklahoma shooting guard Buddy Hield, California small forward Jaylen Brown and Providence point guard Kris Dunn are the headliners for next week’s NBA Draft combine in Chicago. St. Joe’s forward DeAndre Bembry and Villanova guard Josh Hart are also among the 63 attendees. LSU small forward Ben Simmons chose not to attend.
It's no surprise that Simmons, a candidate to go first overall in June's draft, will not participate. In recent years, many top draft prospects declined the combine invitations.
Not all of the players, who attend, agree to do on-court basketball drills.
