It’s now August and the Sixers’ offseason is nearly all but finished. They have two open roster spots and intend to keep one of them open for the foreseeable future for flexibly purposes. However, we’re beginning to get an idea of what they intend to do with the other open spot.
The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Keith Pompey linked both Marcus Morris, Sr. and Davis Bertans to the Sixers:
“But the Sixers have 13 players signed to standard NBA contracts. During the regular season, they’ll look to carry 14 players and keep one roster spot open.
