Lonnie Walker IV entered training camp on an Exhibit 10 deal with the Boston Celtics and showed out in the preseason, but he fell victim to a numbers game. The Celtics wound up waiving him before the season began, which led him to sign with Lithuanian team Zalgiris Kaunas.
His contract does include an NBA buyout clause until Feb. 18, and the Sixers are reportedly among the potential suitors for him, per longtime NBA insider Marc Stein.
