It looked as though the 58th overall pick would be stashed away this season, but a report from Woj says otherwise.
Second-round pick J.P. Tokoto has agreed to a non-guaranteed, one-year tender offer with the Sixers, per Lord Adrian Wojnarowski. The deal comes with a rookie minimum $525,000 cap hit and gives way for the possibility for Tokoto to be a restricted free agent next summer.
More from Woj:
The Sixers would have to make him a qualifying offer to keep matching rights - or risk losing him as an unrestricted free agent.
