The Philadelphia 76ers‘ second unit lacked good shooting for the better part of last season. When J.J. Redick was put back in as a starter, other than Landry Shamet, the Sixers’ shooting depth was lackluster and inconsistent. This season the shooting depth will be a lot better. The Sixers signed quite a few guys who can at least shoot at the league’s average from three. One player who can’t be put in the same category as them is Mike Scott.
First, let’s talk about Scott as an overall scorer. Scott may not be a good scorer overall, as he’s struggled to ever be an efficient scorer inside the paint and perimeter.
