There is no doubt that Philadelphia 76ers general manager (GM), Elton Brand, did a fantastic job acquiring talent around the trade deadline. He was able to land players such as: Tobias Harris, Boban Marjanovic, Mike Scott, James Ennis and Jonathon Simmons. All these players should make a positive impact in the postseason, but by making these moves, Brand may have compromised the Sixers depth at point guard.
Prior to the trade deadline, the 76ers had a solid depth at the lead guard spot.
