There was a tough decision the Philadelphia 76ers front office had to make on Feb. 3rd regarding Corey Brewer. Brewer’s second 10-day contract had ended and the team had to decide if they wanted to sign him for the rest of the season or become a free agent. The franchise ultimately choose to let him become a free agent, but according to Bobby Marks of ESPN, this still may not be the end of Brewer’s tenure with the Sixers.
Because the 76ers want to preserve a roster spot heading into Thursday, Brewer will miss the 76ers game on Tuesday.
