ALBANY, N.Y. – Nerlens Noel’s status for Monday’s game against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden is up in the air.
The 76ers power forward missed Saturday’s 97-95 preseason victory over the Brooklyn Nets after bruising his lower back and left knee Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The second-year player rode an exercise bike and iced his back before Saturday’s contest at the Times Union Center.
“I feel better today,” Noel said. “It’s just day-to-day. Hopefully I will be all right within the next two to three days. It’s preseason. So you know, we are not taking anything too fast.
