The Sixers might make a move at the trade deadline after all.
Wednesday, reports surfaced the Sixers had discussions with the Grizzlies pertaining to guard Tyreke Evans.
The Grizzlies (18-31) are out of playoff contention and seeking assets in exchange for expendable pieces on their roster. Evans might be their most movable piece to explore trading between now and the Feb. 8 deadline.
Evans is in the midst of a career year, averaging 19.5 points per game, his best total since his rookie season in 2009-10, to go with 5.
