The Sixers, as they often do, wheeled and dealed in the NBA Draft's second round on Thursday night.
They entered draft season with four second-round picks, traded one to the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday and turned around and traded another (No. 38) to the Pistons in exchange for two future second-rounders. Finally, the Sixers packaged their final two second-rounders toward the end of the draft to move up and select SMU guard Shake Milton at No. 54.
Here's everything to know about the Sixers' third draft pick.

Milton, selected by Sixers coach (and acting general manager) Brett Brown (pictured), is a 6-foot-6 combo guard originally from Owasso, Okla.
