Michael Carter-Williams fast-break blooper goes viral

Then-GM Sam Hinkie received a fair amount of criticism during his “lose first” approach while running the 76ers, but no move was more heavily criticized than trading point guard Michael Carter-Williams.

Carter-Williams, fresh off winning the NBA Rookie of the Year award, was sent to the Milwaukee Bucks in a deal that netted the Sixers a top-five-protected pick of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Obviously, the Sixers haven’t been able to cash in on that pick yet, so grading the deal would be incomplete at best. Since the trade, Carter-Williams has been traded to Chicago, where he reentered the Bulls' starting five ahead of Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Timbervolves.
