These past few weeks, Sixers fans have been glued to their screens 24/7 awaiting the possibility of a blockbuster trade for Ben Simmons or a new acquisition to the team during free agency. One fan favorite Sixers name has seemingly flown under the radar, and that’s Matisse Thybulle.
Thybulle has been nothing but astounding during his first run at the Olympics with the Australian Boomers and was integral to the team’s blowout 97-59 win over Argentina, posting 12 points and five rebounds. Matisse also took his sticky fingers over to Tokyo and ended the game with three steals, which is typical for the young guard.
