On Jan. 2, 2018, Philadelphia 76ers rookie Markelle Fultz began the final stage of his rehab process, as he was cleared to participate in five-on-five action in team practice. The 19-year-old guard out of Washington seemed primed for a comeback after missing around 31 consecutive games due to left shoulder imbalance (and a broken jump shot).
Since that time, the Fultz situation has gotten even more secretive and shady. There has been no word from 76ers general manager Bryan Colangelo on a potential timetable for the rookie’s return, and 76ers fans have been left in the dark.
