Well, after picking up two straight wins against the Hornets, Saturday’s 126-99 loss against the league-best Cavaliers sure brought the Joel Embiid-less Sixers back to earth. It was a rough end to their back-to-back, but there are still some positives to look at as Christmas approaches.
And Kelly Oubre Jr. is right up there.
Oubre has been playing his role exactly as needed in recent weeks. Prior to a nine-point outing against the Cavs as the whole team struggled, over the previous 11 games in particular, Oubre has been standing out.
