The Sixers fell 111-104 to the New York Knicks Saturday night, falling behind 1-0 in the series.
Tyrese Maxey led all scorers with 33 points, shooting 14-of-26 from the floor. Joel Embiid went for 29 points and eight rebounds, but had another injury scare in the second quarter and shot 0-of-5 from the field in the fourth.
Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart both led the Knicks in scoring with 22 points apiece.
