Mo Bamba knows his season with the Philadelphia 76ers had its ups and downs.
“Kind of a roller coaster. A roller coaster,” Bamba said at exit interviews after the Sixers’ campaign had just ended in the first round of the playoffs.
Bamba came to Philadelphia on a minimum contract back in July 2023. He had just been waived the month prior by the Los Angeles Lakers, with whom he spent less than half a season and struggled with injuries as well as a general lack of any real role in the rotation.
The signing crucially coincided with a time when the future of Paul Reed as a Sixer was in question.
